A PASSION FOR PURPOSE
Wilma Rogers artistic works supports the Music & Arts Program for Youth, Inc. a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization that provides music, art, character education, literacy and leadership development to youth in under served communities.
Wilma Rogers creates paintings and mixed media artworks. Her artistic goal is to use color, texture, and form to create a visually stimulating image. Exploring the relationships between various color harmonies and surface textures develops her own unique artistic voice. This also provides Wilma with the means to explore spontaneity and artistic adventures. Wilma draws inspiration from abstract expressionism and minimalist art.
